Tumpreng celebrated 78th Independence Day in two parts with all
religiosity and solemnity on 15th August, 2024, Thursday. The first
part started at 7:30 AM with Mangalacharnfollowed by Flag Hoisting by
Principal Sir and giving salute to the Tricolour. After that the gathering was
addressed by Principal Sir followed by poem recitation and speech by students.
The second part was kept specially for cultural programme and Inter House
Competition that kick started at 8:40 AM. A rainbow gathering was seen for
different performances by students from different classes. Apart from the
cultural programme, all the four houses took part in different competitions like
Slogan Competition, Patriotic Song Competition and Skit Competition kept for Sub
Junior,Junior and Senior Group respectively. The celebration was winded up with
Shantimantrafollowed by sweet distribution among students, parents and
staff.
A total number of320people including all were present in the celebration.
