Report on Rabindra Jayanti

On May 9, 2025, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Tumpreng observed Rabindra Jayanti with great enthusiasm. The event commenced during the morning assembly, where one of our teachers delivered an inspiring speech highlighting Rabindranath Tagore’s contributions to literature and art. Students beautifully sang a song, setting a reflective tone for the day.
In the second half, four houses participated in various competitions. Senior Group: Self-composed poem recitation on Rabindranath Tagore, Junior Group: Sketch on Rabindranath Tagore and Sub-Junior Group: Natural scenery drawing.
A total of 243 students and teachers were present in the observation.
